We've been building a quality herd for over 25 years. Our cows are easy keepers and have excellent temperaments, which makes for easy handling. Performance data, EPDs and obviously visual appearance play a part in culling those that won't improve our herd. Our herd has been on both Performance programs for many years, CAP and the Quebec PATBQ.

With select breeding and some AI-ing, we'll continue to produce better Angus cows and calves. We have used many Ferme Sage bulls in the past and AI'd with semen from Red Brylor Lead-Pine 99L, Red Leachman Red Spread and Red Leachman None Better 9604, to name a few.

Not everyone needs the same type of bull. Producers don't have the same needs. What traits do you want your bull to contribute to next years' calf crop?

Each year we test bulls at surrounding Test Stations that meet our tough performance and visual appearance criteria. When you buy a bull from us you know that he will also have qualities that aren't tested such as foraging ability, disposition, easy keeping and economical maternal traits.
